Why Us?

The new manufacturing facility, equipped with high-level technology meeting all automotive and other sector requirements, was built in 2017. On nearly 18,000 m², with 23 fully automated casting cells, complex processes, and an efficient internal logistics system, we strive to professionally serve increasingly high customer demands.

We predominantly produce for export, supplying components to globally recognized and respected products of renowned multinational companies.

Our product range typically includes automotive, mechanical, and electrical industry components, which we manufacture using pressure die-casting technology from aluminum based on our customers' requirements.

Our company strategy is to continuously embrace new technologies and methods, which help our company produce more complex products and ensure long-term growth.

Services

Casting

The foundry is operated by a skilled team of technicians, engineers, and machine setters. Increased quality demands and expectations necessitate continuous professional and technological development. Our company has an internship system where we train university students and vocational school students ourselves. Together, we test and develop new technologies and tools. We have achieved significant results by using cooled chambers and ring injection pistons, improving the air evacuation system of tools, and minimizing tool handling. We produce, develop, and use special machines to achieve better efficiency and readiness. Custom saws, milling machines, deburring machines, and brushing machines assist in production.

Machining

The machining plant was relocated in February 2011 to the area of the old renovated foundry hall and then moved for the to its final place in the Ipartelepi Road factory building in May 2017, which was a significant milestone in the company’s history. The placement of equipment at this location follows the most optimal process design and provides a modern, spacious work environment for our employees. Through continuous optimizations, we are able to improve and develop our efficiency and quality.

Tool Manufacturing

The plant is involved in the production and renovation of casting tools and follower inserts. In addition to these main tasks, the necessary special machines and devices for manufacturing are also produced here. We supply the measuring room with the necessary devices and tools for measurements.

Product Development

The dynamic development of our company is due to continuous innovation and modernization. Every year, we focus on optimizing different processes. This year, the focus is on automation, robotization, and cell manufacturing.
