Quality

Quality for our environment!

The key to high-level quality assurance is the awareness that 'we produce quality in agreed quality, in the right quantity, and by the promised deadline'.

At Ecseri Ltd., we operate a modern quality management system to satisfy our customers at the highest level.

Our company is certified according to the IATF16949:2016 standard

which scope is 'manufacturing and machining of aluminum castings'.

The continuous operation of this system by the company's management ensures that Ecseri Ltd. and the products manufactured by us meet the high-level requirements prevalent and demanded in the automotive industry.

We also place great emphasis on minimizing the impact of our activities on the environment and meeting such requirements. To this end, Ecseri Ltd. operates an ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system.

Quality Engineering

Their task is to maintain contact with our clients regarding quality issues, with English as the official language. They must not only be able to apply 'quality core tools' daily but also collaborate professionally with engineering, project management, production, maintenance, etc.

Internal Quality Assurance Group

Their task is the continuous, sample-based inspection of products and the verification of the completion of processes and documents required by the company. Due to their tasks, they perform a bit of production support and a bit of production inspection with their own - quality - perspective.

External Quality Assurance Group

Their task is the sample-based inspection of incoming and outgoing goods. They must be familiar with every single product and know what is correct and incorrect. In our current organizational structure, final inspection operators also belong here, who inspect 100% of (every product handed over to them) to ensure they meet known customer expectations.

Quality Management

One of the key strategic goals of Ecseri Ltd. is to achieve TIER1 supplier status. This is a complex task, and achieving various levels systematically is an interesting challenge from a quality perspective.

  • Quality Control: This is done by 'beginners': sorting, sorting, …
  • Quality Assurance: Applying documented rules and processes in a validated (documented) manner that is suitable for gaining customer trust.
  • Quality Management: When the company has all the processes, organizational structure, procedures, and systems in place that enable complete traceability of each product's production (to every colleague, workstation, machine, tool, setting, raw material), allowing us to predict the quality we will produce without changes.
  • Comprehensive Quality Management: When every member of the factory is guided by the mindset of 'producing quality' for the complete satisfaction of the customer and our optimal efficiency.

We use various metrics to achieve our strategy:

Their purpose is to clearly see where we are and where we want to reach. To make the plan (goal achievement) realistic, we define in advance how realistic we consider the progress, and we set tasks with deadlines, responsibility, and execute them.

As an example, we can see one of our key customer's metrics (the smaller, the better)
